Shrooms 2 Grow is a small mushroom farm located in Louisburg, NC. Established in 2013 when we started growing shiitake mushrooms on logs in a natural setting. In 2016 we increased our infrastructure by adding a lab, spawn growing room, and fruiting room enabling us to produce mushroom year round in an indoor setting. We specialize in wood loving mushrooms such as shiitakes, oysters, lions mane and much more. Varieties can vary with the seasons. We are passionate about cultivating a variety of high quality culinary and medicinal mushrooms. We are also passionate at educating the public about the health benefits of mushrooms and offer farm tours and classes on mushroom production.
